Small town jobs are in

I hate traffic. Really, I do. I’d love to live somewhere with a bit less of it.
From the looks of an article from Fortune, moving to small towns to take nice jobs is “in.” Who knew?
Apparently there are a number of companies like Lands Ends that have big offices in small town, USA and need skilled people. The plus of course is cheaper housing. The downside is more than likely a place with no cultural goings-ons. Could I live somewhere that would not get big concerts?
Probably not, but the cheap living sure would be nice.
