One Snarky Chica with Issues

This morning I had internet access. And a witty post idea for today. Then the universe decided to use a strong wind to knock over a pole across the street from my apartment that had power lines attached to it. At 11 am. Now, a little over six hours later I have power again. Am I still feeling witty? Not so much. See, my car was in my garage. I had to go somewhere. I used the handle to manually open the stupid thing. It would not stay open for some reason. Even though I saw other people’s were staying open just fine. So, I had to MacGuyver it into staying open. My tools: a screwdriver and a step stool. I got the car out. I closed the garage. Now the power is on and the garage won’t work. D’oh. I must have broken it. Argh
