Track your weight loss and calories online
Weight loss and dieting is something that seems like a major part of society. Magazines and news shows often report on the latest dieting craze. And there are show that are devoted to weight loss on television right now.
If you are working on your own weight loss then you know how hard that can be. For me, when I am trying to lose weight or work in more physical activities then I have found that it is easiest to keep up with the new routine if I can track the progress. In the past I have done things like keep a food journal to see what I was eating and what type of workout I was doing each day.
If you are the same way then I want to introduce you to FitDay.
FitDay is a website that offers a free web-based diet and weight loss journal. (They also have software you can download if you prefer.) You can track daily calories, daily weight and daily fitness activities on this site. Then there is a ‘reports’ section where you can measure your progress.
A great thing about the calorie tracker is that it interfaces with Diet Facts so that you can transfer over foods, up to 15 transfers a day.
So, if you are working on a weight loss or fitness routine, you might want to check out FitDay if you like to be able to track your progress like me.
There may be other similar services out there as well. However, FitDay is the only one that I know about. If you are using something similar that you think is a better site, please let me know and I’ll check it out too!
